The Company has established a conflict of interest prevention policy to ensure that directors, executives, and employees at all levels do not seek personal gain from their duties, misuse opportunities or internal information for personal or others' benefit, disclose trade secrets, or engage in businesses that compete with or are similar to the Company. Clear guidelines are set to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure that all business decisions prioritize the Company’s best interests. Any parties involved or having interests in a transaction must disclose their relationship or stake to the Company and must not participate in the consideration, decision-making, or approval of the said transaction.
