Deliver value fromnatural palms oil
to the food and energy industries
Crude palm oil is extracted from the fruit pulp of the oil palm. It serves as a vital raw material for the food industry (cooking oil, margarine), the renewable energy industry (biodiesel), and the consumer goods industry (soap, cosmetics).
Palm kernels are crushed to extract oil for use in the consumer goods industry (soaps, cosmetics) and specialty food industry (chocolate). The remaining byproduct, known as palm kernel cake, is utilized as a high-protein ingredient in animal feed.
Palm-based electricity is generated by converting production waste into two forms of energy: biomass energy, by burning fiber and shells, or biogas energy, by fermenting wastewater.
Key Performance Highlights
We operate the two largest palm oil mills in Chumphon, utilizing advanced Automation and Monitoring Systems to enhance oil quality. By converting production waste into biofuel, we not only add value to our byproducts but also minimize environmental and community impact by effectively reducing odors from wastewater.
